Dengue, typhoid, malaria and viral fever — treated at the clinic on Handewadi Road, or at your home. You choose.
Dr. Sohel Sayyed · BAMS · Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine Reg. No. I-101780-A
Fever is the whole practice. Start with whichever one fits.
Which day are you on?
Dengue, typhoid, malaria and ordinary viral fever all start with high temperature, body ache and weakness. They only separate later — and by then, time matters.
Fever, aches, no appetite. Nothing yet tells you which illness this is. Rest, fluids, paracetamol only.
Dengue brings pain behind the eyes. Typhoid climbs higher each day with stomach pain. Malaria comes in cycles. A blood test now gives a real answer.
Platelets fall — often just as the fever drops and the patient seems better. This is the stretch that needs watching, not relief.
If a fever has not started settling by the third day, it needs looking at rather than waiting out.
Most fevers do not need a hospital bed. They need a doctor who checks properly, watches the right numbers, and adjusts as things change. The consultation fee is the same either way.
Severe illness, sharply falling platelets, or a patient who cannot keep fluids down needs hospital care. Dr. Sayyed arranges referral to Sahyadri Hadapsar or Noble Hospital the same day. Home treatment is offered because it suits most cases — not because every case can be managed that way.

| Consultation — clinic or Google Meet | ₹199 |

| Home visit | from ₹700 |
The ₹199 consultation covers examination, diagnosis, and a clear plan — including what any treatment will cost. Treatment cost depends on the illness, how severe it is, and whether you are treated at the clinic or at home. Dr. Sayyed discusses it with you after examining the patient — never before. Quoting a figure without an examination would be a guess, and a fever is not something to guess about.

₹199, whether you come to the clinic on Handewadi Road or consult Dr. Sayyed on Google Meet. The fee is the same.
Yes. Uncomplicated dengue can be treated at home, including daily monitoring of platelet count. If the case becomes severe, hospital referral is arranged straight away.
The clinic is open until 10:30pm every day. For emergencies outside those hours, Dr. Sayyed does home visits at any time within 6 km. Call rather than message at night.
Up to 6 km from Handewadi Road, covering Handewadi, Satav Nagar, Autadwadi, Undri, Mohammadwadi and Pisoli. Home visits start at ₹700.
In the first two or three days you often cannot tell from symptoms alone. A blood test gives a clear answer. If your fever has lasted more than two days, get tested rather than guessing.
